Prior to headhunting industry, Derrick worked as Business Development Manager in LED Video Display industry with major accomplishment for various significant projects both in private & government sector.

He is a certified accessor for Personal Profile Analysis (Thomas International) and he possesses his Bachelor of Degree in Science from University of Malaya.
