Assistant Logistics Manager (Import/ Export)

Our Client

Our client is a logistics company that its line of business includes providing trucking transportation services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the performances of 3PL according to company standards in order to achieve operational efficiency and support business needs
  • Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
    Analyse customer order patterns and propose a solution to smoothen operations plus costs savings
  • Initiate cost savings and process improvement projects
  • Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree all major
  • Min. 3 Years experienced in Import and Export Process
  • Good command in English (Speaking & Writing)
  • Understand BTB COO (Back to Back Certificate of Origin), COO and other FTA process
  • Able to communicate with local & international 3PL vendor
  • Have good negotiation skill
