Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop existing Channel Partners.
- To Appoint New Channel Partners
- Talk and spec in with Government Departments.
- Plan and Manage business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.
- Manage product and mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
- To achieve sales and Collection as per the given plan.
- Plan and Implement Marketing and sales strategy for given Region
- Forecasting of sales
- Monitor and report on Market and competitor and provide relevant news and information.
- Lead team of 1 member based in INDO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required preferably from Sales/ Marketing
- 10 years+ of relevant experience in managing Distributors/ channels
- Experience in dealing with converters is preferred
- Experience in dealing with Govt. is preferred
- Experience working in Infrastructure, Road Sector and Ancillary Industries, OEM Printer Manufacturer, Ink Manufacturer, Paint, Lighting & Electrical is a must
- Strong business acumen – Ability to identify a potential business opportunity and translate it into business
- Ability to execute a sales strategy to increase market share
- Collaborate with other functions – Excellent team player
