I have not attended any coaching session before. The 1-hour session with FK, is never enough but it’s a very fruitful conversation overall. FK has widen my vision and managed to resolve my concern in my future career development planning. He is very professional and yet approachable. Looking forward to have more opportunities to learn from FK again.

Sometimes kindness comes when you least expect it. I am very fortunate to be connected to FK at a time when his experience and words of wisdom really made a difference and helped me see different perspectives of the situation I am facing. His frank insights gave me the courage to continue pursuing my goals. FK helped me identify my strengths and discover my blind-spots that brought self-realization to see myself in a different light. What I really appreciate is FK’s remarkable ability to ask exactly the right questions to elicit deep self-reflection which ultimately made me more aware of my strengths and weaknesses. Leveraging on this awareness, the path became clearer and made my journey more meaningful with a more definite purpose.

Had a great session with FK on career pathing from the perspective of changing life experiences and expectations, especially as one advanced throughout the professional life. Come to the realization that the culmination of experiences shapes a person in a big way and there is a need to revisit the ‘why’ after all these years and address the optimal position moving forward.
Conversation with FK provides clarity into the why and personalized, huntanized the decision that otherwise seemed complex. Perhaps a single conversation does worth more than arrays of analytics, which most of the time are contemplations in disguise. Look forward to more conversations. Great conversations.
