A career in recruitment was never in Jesse’s mind! Thanks to his last management role in 2 startup companies, he discovered the importance of talent sourcing as to like finding a beautiful pearl in the vast ocean.

At 21, Jesse graduated with a Bachelor Degree in MIS and Economics in the USA. His career in technology started during the “merger-craze” era when company take-overs and mergers were common in the booming rapid IT industry. He worked for technology giants like Digital, Compaq and Hewlett Packard in a technical role before switching into corporate sales with Dell. After a short stint in his own business, he returned to corporate employment with a YTL-owned telecommunication company. He enjoyed recruiting and training a group of 20+ young dynamic sales team. This interest was further strengthened in Unilever Malaysia where he was responsible to start up a new premium skin care division.

Off duty, Jesse keeps himself occupied with various family chores which include barbequing in his garden, playing basketball with his kids and keeping up with Premier League football. He still tries very hard to improve his golf game faithfully.
