Job Summary

The candidate is responsible to ensure the achievement of Key Performance Index Sets and carry out projects sales (B2B) in luxury/high/medium/mass market segment.

Responsibilities

  • To market and promote our full range of products to developers, architects, contractors and hardware dealers and house owner
  • To ensure that all trade debts are collected in time
  • To promote aggressively our new innovative products or services at our expected price index
  • To provide high quality and responsive services to our customers within their territories allocated
  • To have a good sense of market intelligence for management strategic purposes
  • Implement and adhere to all Internal Control Rules and the Code of Business Conduct in your area of responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Studies or minimum diploma with at least 3 to 7 years experience in the business and marketing field
  • Having experience in the Building Materials Industry would be preferable
  • Own creative ideas with a pratical approach and desire to learn
  • Self-discipline, good interpersonal & negotiation skills
