- Increase outlet coverage by expanding the brand’s distribution channel in Food Institutions i.e. Hotels, Airlines, Hospitals, Golf courses, Restaurants, and Dealers, and also developing new ones.
- Provide systematised sales report from the responsible area with informative & well-analysed data to Sales Director
- To coach & being a mentor for the subordinate to mutually strive to reach objectives; Prospecting the account, Monitoring sales, Distribution coverage and Promotion activity
- Manage promotion activity, special sales project to ensure stock fulfilment, smooth business operation, POP materials arrangement, communication with department & Improve product display, POP materials in the responsible area
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. MBA is an advantage
- Proven track record of developing sales and strong customer relationships as well as developing and implementing trade initiatives
- Full understanding of the respective retail market environment, Modern Trade, Food Service and HORECA business.
