Job Summary

VHR Consultancy is looking to hire a CRM Administrator to join the team. This person will be responsible for managing and improving the database of our current CRM system.


  • Work as a lead to ensure that the database in CRM system is precise and up-to-date, i.e. accurate candidate resume parsing
  • Assesses various options for optimising and customising the system to help the database grow and assist the organisation in predicting the future talent market 
  • Attends regular meetings with team members to review upcoming issues, items, and training.


  • We welcome candidates of any educational background; Interns, Fresh Graduates, Women Returning to Work, Retiree, etc.
  • Internship/ contract role.
