Product Manager

Our Client

Our client is a trading company specialising in compressor air systems and after-sales services.


  • Work with Director to develop product sales strategy
  • Develop brand and product awareness in the market
  • Execute and monitor marketing strategy in the market then evaluate sales results
  • Assess market competition and make a recommendation based on an assessment
  • Make recommendation to Principal in regards to present and future product lines in line with the market demands
  • Perform management reporting, short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and performance
  • Determines product pricing, anticipated volume, work with the procurement team
  • Sound judgment in conflict situation by appointing and assigning appropriate teams to perform the sales
  • Coach and train sales team with in-depth product knowledge and ensure continuity updates
  • Maintain relationship with Principal, attends product workshop or training


  • S1 Degree in Engineering/Management
  • 3 years minimum experience in a managerial position
  • 5 years minimum experience in compressor air systems industry
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia when required
