Sales Manager – Semiconductor Machines

Our Client

A leading market leader in innovative systems and software solutions for the production and personalization of Semiconductor Related Machineries.

Responsibilities

  • Carries out sales activities (face to face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre-established Individuals Business Plan or project
  • Strengthens relationship with existing accounts and develops new accounts to grow company branding of the target market in ASIA
  • A good presenter with a provided marketing tool. Dedicated in work and aggressive in pursuing new project opportunity
  • Participation in Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Laser Technology and NEPCON trade shows to increase the visibility of company products and technology, and to position company as a market leader in Traceability total solutions or factory
  • Able to manage or guide a group of Sales personnel
  • Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports as required and on a timely basis.
  • Follows all company corporate culture positively and correctly
  • Responds to change productively and handles other duties as required
  • Other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years sales experience with Semiconductor Related product, mainly on Flip Chip Technology.
  • Knowledge in machinery and government solution will be added Advantage
  • Knowledge in RFID and Wafer Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP) will be added advantage
  • Must have experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting and other management tools to analyze, plan and direct business programs
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin. Translation from English to Mandarin might be needed for most of the Marketing tools
  • Must have a proven record of success in sales and maintaining a strong relationship with customers
  • Proven ability to efficiently use all Microsoft Office products
  • Self-motivated and job dedicated person
  • Able to work under less supervision environment
  • Excellent organization skills and a team player
  • Result and detail-oriented
