Currently a Consulting Manager at VHR Consultancy, an executive search firm that conducts mid-level to senior level searches She is responsible for assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility as well as research into Clients Company, competitors and marketplace.

Prior to this, Vivi was a recruiter in ASK Resources. Primarily covering on executive to mid-level searches and recruitment services related to contract staffing. Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic, financial objectives and hiring needs.
